Meriden, Conn. — Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. has sold Townline Square Shopping Center, a 315,000-square-foot retail center in Meriden, for $44.5 million.
The property is home to tenants including Michael’s, Pier 1 Imports, Marshalls, #1 Nails, Miracle-Ear, Ting Ho Restaurant, Once Upon a Child and GNC. Jim Koury of HFF represented the seller and procured the buyer, a private real estate investment group, in the all-cash transaction.
