Highland Village, Texas — Upgrades includes enhanced common area improvements, upgraded landscaping, new amenities for adults and children, and more.

Trademark Property Co., the operating partner for The Shops at Highland Village, has announced a multi-million dollar renovation of the 352,000-square-foot shopping center in Highland Village that includes enhanced common area improvements, upgraded landscaping, new amenities for adults and children, updated facades and new signage throughout the property.

Trademark conducted an extensive design meeting last summer at The Shops at Highland Village with numerous architects, place makers, the onsite management team and city officials to collaborate and formulate a strategic plan and direction for the property. Trademark believes it has created an extensive plan to evolve the property and the community into what it thinks will be a best-in-class place to shop, dine and socialize.
