Thomas Keller and Kenneth Himmel to Curate Dining Collection at Hudson Yards

by Scott Reid

New York — Hudson Yards has hired Chef Thomas Keller and restaurateur and developer Kenneth Himmel to curate the dining collection at The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards.

Chef Keller’s restaurant, and the 11 other restaurants opening in 2018, will be housed in the 1 million-square-foot Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards, anchored by Neiman Marcus.

Hudson Yards will be the second collaboration for Keller and Himmel, who previously worked together to open Per Se and Bouchon in Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle. Time Warner Center today houses the largest collection of Michelin stars under one roof and hosts 15 million people a year.
