Greensboro, N.C. — CBL & Associates Properties Inc. has announced that The Cheesecake Factory will open a new location at Friendly Center, an upscale shopping center in Greensboro.
The Cheesecake Factory at Friendly Center will be the restaurant’s first location in the Greensboro market. Construction on the restaurant is currently underway at the corner of Pembroke Road and West Friendly Avenue.
Existing tenants at Friendly Center include lululemon athletica, Anthropologie, Altar’d State and Whole Foods Market.
