Decatur, Ga. — The Boulder Group has arranged the $3.6 million sale of a 10,125-square-foot, net-leased CVS/pharmacy located in the Atlanta suburb of Decatur.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, an East Coast-based real estate institution, in the sale of the property to a high net worth family trust. There are over 21 years remaining on the recently extended CVS/pharmacy lease that expires January 31, 2037.
