Largo, Fla. — Sterling Org. has sold Barclay Square, a 99,054-square-foot shopping center located in Largo, for $18.9 million.
Adam Feinstein of Cushman & Wakefield marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Northbrook, Illinois-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty acquired the Walmart Neighborhood Market-anchored center.
