S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has completed the sale of The Shoppes at College Park in Farmville for $8.75 million. Nathan Shor, S.L. Nusbaum Realty vice president-regional director, represented the seller, Farmville Partners LLC, in the transaction. The property, located near Longwood and Hampden-Sydney colleges, was sold to a 1031 entity buyer. The 106,000-square-foot shopping center features tenants such as Rite Aid, Dollar General, Goodwill, Advance Auto Parts and Buffalo Wild Wings. Renovations will be taking place at The Shoppes at College Park next year, and a national tenant will close a deal for a new 15,000-square-foot space.
