Secaucus, N.J. — RKF has arranged the $64 million sale of the Plaza at Harmon Meadow, a multi-building, 217,613-square-foot retail/office property located in Secaucus.
An RKF team that included President, Investment Sales Jeff Fishman, Managing Director Brian Segall, Vice President Greg Covey, Managing Director Jerry Rockoff and Associate Andrew Jacobs represented the seller, Secaucus-based Hartz Mountain Industries Inc., as well as the buyer, The Carlton Group, in this transaction.
The Plaza at Harmon Meadow is comprised of 188,834 square feet of retail space and 28,779 square feet of office space. The building at 650 Plaza Drive is anchored by a 59,110-square-foot Kerasotes ShowPlace 14 movie theater, while 700 Plaza Drive includes shops and restaurants, including Pier 1 Imports, Cosi, Starbucks, Chili’s, Chipotle, Houlihan’s and Red Lobster, as well as office tenant Ernst & Young.
