RCG Ventures Acquires Three Shopping Centers in Tennessee, Alabama and Michigan

Atlanta — Atlanta-based RCG Ventures has acquired three shopping centers in Tennessee, Alabama and Michigan.

Properties include West Towne Commons, a 168,210-square-foot shopping center located in Jackson, Tennessee; Madison Plaza, a 99,108-square-foot center in Huntsville, Alabama; and Kentwood Towne Center, a 183,831-square-foot shopping center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Johnny Lamberson and Terry Radford of CBRE represented the seller for West Towne Commons, and Jeff Miller represented RCG in-house in the transaction. Margaret Caldwell of JLL represented the seller for Madison Plaza, and Scott Tarbet represented RCG in-house in the transaction. Louis Doyle of L.R. Doyle Corporate Real Estate Services represented the seller of Kentwood Towne Center, and Jeff Miller represented RCG in-house in the transaction.
