Greenville, N.C. — A 49,000-square-foot Publix is set to open at Greenville Square, a 150,000-square-foot shopping center formerly anchored by K Mart in Greenville.
This will be the first Publix location in the Eastern North Carolina market. Renovations by developer Brodyco are currently underway at Greenville Square, which include a new façade, parking lot, lighting package and landscaping. The Publix is set to open in 2017.
