Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Acquires Six Grocery-Anchored Shopping Centers

Cincinnati — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has acquired six grocery-anchored shopping centers totaling more than 650,000 square feet in California, Wisconsin and Florida.

Acquisitions include Moreno Marketplace, a 77,763-square-foot Stater Bros.-anchored shopping center located in the Los Angeles suburb of Moreno Valley, California; Village Center, a 241,704-square-foot Festival Foods-anchored shopping center located in Racine, Wisconsin; Alico Commons, a 97,592-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in Fort Myers, Florida; Rockledge Square, a 76,018-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in Rockledge, Florida; Windover Square, an 81,516-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in Melbourne, Florida; and Port St. John Plaza, a 78,790-square-foot Winn Dixie-anchored shopping center located in Port St. John, Florida.
