Cincinnati, Ohio — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has purchased two grocery-anchored shopping centers located in Arizona and Florida.
Acquisitions include 51st and Olive Square, an 88,225-square-foot Fry’s Food-anchored shopping center located in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale, Arizona; and Grand Bay Plaza, a 77,792-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in Fort Myers, Florida.
