Phillips Edison Appoints Six Vice Presidents

Cincinnati — Phillips Edison & Co. has appointed six new vice presidents.

Five of the internal promotions were in the leasing department, including Erin Majors to the role of vice president of lease renewals and tenant retention, Vasili Lyhnakis to vice president of leasing – West, Jim Farmer to vice president of leasing – Midwest, Joel Strause to vice president of leasing – Southeast and Stuart Shapiro to vice president of leasing – South. In addition, Aaron Morris was promoted to vice president – Accounting.

Majors joined Phillips Edison in 2003. Her previous role was Director of Lease Renewals and Tenant Retention. Farmer joined Phillips Edison in 2002, Lyhnakis in 2006, Strause in 2009 and Shapiro in 2013. The new vice presidents of leasing previously held the roles of directors of leasing. Morris previously was director of external reporting. He joined Phillips Edison in 2009 as accounting manager.
