Phillips Edison Acquires Two Colorado Safeway-Anchored Shopping Centers

Cincinnati — Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has purchased two Safeway-anchored shopping centers in Colorado.

Acquisitions include Meadows on the Parkway, a 216,437-square-foot shopping center located in Boulder, and Broadlands Marketplace, a 103,883-square-foot shopping center located in the Denver suburb of Broomfield.

Meadows on the Parkway is home to tenants including Subway, Regus, Great Clips, Michaels, Anytime Fitness and Fast Signs. Tenants of Broadlands Marketplace include Great Clips, Edward Jones and Subway.
