Major tenants at the property include Ranch Market, Joanne Fabric, Ross Dress for Less and Dollar Tree. The low-leverage loan was structured with a 10-year term, with five years interest followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. James DuMars of NorthMarq arranged financing on behalf of the borrower, a prominent real estate developer in Phoenix, through New York-based Bancorp.
