Orlando — Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has arranged the $21.2 million sale of Vista Centre Shoppes, a 98,411-square-foot shopping center located near Disney World in Orlando.
Black Fire Brazilian Steakhouse, Sea Dog Brewing Co. and Hooters anchor the 90 percent occupied center. NGKF Capital Markets represented the buyer, GL Orlando Vista LLC, in purchasing the property from TSO Vista Centre.
