Cockeysville, Md. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Church Lane Shopping Center and GJK Plaza, a 97,308-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located in Cockeysville.
The two assets sold for $195.25 per-square-foot. Chris Burnham and Nathan Pealer of Marcus & Millichap worked on behalf of the seller, a family partnership, and procured the buyer, a private local investor, in the transaction. The center is home to tenants including Party City, JoAnn Fabrics, Tuesday Morning, Sleepy’s and Meineke.
