Garland, Texas — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Broadway Plaza, an 8,228-square-foot retail property located in Garland.
Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an undisclosed developer. Broadway Plaza is located at 6226 Broadway Blvd. The center was 83 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including T-Mobile, Dallas Gold & Silver, Sprint and AT&T.
