Loja Real Estate Acquires Tracy Corners Shopping Center for $15.25 Million

Tracy, Calif. — Loja Real Estate has acquired Tracy Corners Shopping Center, an 86,943-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center located in Tracy, for $15.25 million.

Michael Cisternino and Kyle Snyder of Transwestern represented the buyer in the transaction. The center is home to tenants including anchor Mi Pueblo Food Center, Harbor Freight Tools and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
