InvenTrust Properties Acquires Two Shopping Centers for a Combined $69.8 Million

Oak Brook, Ill. — Oak Brook-based InvenTrust Properties Corp. has acquired two open-air shopping centers located in Florida and Texas for a combined $69.8 million.

Properties include Rio Pinar Plaza, a 124,283-square-foot fully leased shopping center located in Orlando; and Price Plaza, a 205,813-square-foot 92 percent occupied power center located in Katy, Texas. Price Plaza is anchored by Ross Dress for Less, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Best Buy, and was acquired for $35.8 million. Rio Pinar Plaza was acquired for $34 million.
