Chattanooga, Tenn. — HFF has arranged the sale of The Overlook at Hamilton Place, a 213,095-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center located in Chattanooga.
Jim Hamilton and Richard Reid of HFF worked on behalf of the undisclosed seller in the sale of the property to New Market Properties LLC, a subsidiary of Preferred Apartment Communities Inc. The Fresh Market, Hobby Lobby, Petco, Best Buy, Shoe Carnival and Rugged Warehouse anchor the center.
