Huntley, Ill. — Heartland Dental has acquired 1.45 acres at Huntley Grove Shopping Center, a 350,000-square-foot center located in the western Chicago suburb of Huntley.
The parcel was purchased from Tucker Development. The center is anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, with other tenants including McDonald’s, AutoZone, ATI Physical Therapy and AT&T. Andrew White represented Tucker in-house, and Steven Pilafas of Great Street Realty Partners represented Heartland Dental in the transaction.
