Washington, D.C. — Washington, D.C.-based H&R Retail has completed three retail lease transactions in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.
Leases include a 4,500-square-foot Ironstone Restaurant located at Belmont Chase in Ashburn, Virginia; a 2,530-square-foot Habit Burger Grill located at Baltimore Avenue and Van Buren Street in Riverdale Park, Maryland; and a 4,004-square-foot Zips Dry Cleaner at Benning Road and Maryland Avenue in Washington, D.C.
Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik of H&R represented the landlord in the Ironstone transaction. Geoffrey Mackler, Sebastian Restifo, and David Ward of H&R represented landlord in the Habit Burger Grill transaction. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow of H&R represented the landlord in the Zips Dry Cleaner transaction.
