Fredericksburg, Va. — H&R Retail has arranged the sale of Spotsylvania Crossing, a 113,000-square-foot shopping center located in Fredericksburg, for an undisclosed price.
Michael Gorsage and James Crilley of H&R represented the seller, GFS Realty LLC, and David Andrews of The Shopping Center Group represented the buyer, Manakin Companies, in the transaction. Tenants at the center include Gabe’s, Value City and Kool Smiles.
