Toledo, Ohio — Toledo-based Eidi Properties has acquired four shopping centers totaling 252,000 square feet in Ohio.
Acquisitions include Parkway Plaza, a 140,000-square-foot shopping center located in Maumee, and Swan Creek Plaza, Jesse James Plaza and Airport Plaza, all located in Toledo. A complete makeover is planned for Parkway Plaza.
