Phoenix — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $10.5 million sale of North Mountain Plaza, a 95,000-square-foot shopping center located in Phoenix.
Dan Salley and Jack Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Pivot Development LLC, and Cam Stanton of CBRE represented the seller, CT Retail Properties Finance IV LLC, in the transaction. The center is anchored by Fry’s grocery store and is 82 percent occupied.
