Roswell, Ga. — Crossman & Company has arranged the $8.63 million sale of Market Center in Roswell to an investment fund.
The 82,225-square-foot shopping center was built in 1990 and is located on Holcomb Bridge Road. It is anchored by Office Depot and was 56 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Crossman & Co. Director of Investment Sales Brian Carolan and Senior Vice President John Zielinski represented the institutional seller.
