Ridgeland, Miss. — Trace Station Shopping Center was 96 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Crossman & Co. arranged the $5.4 million sale of Trace Station Shopping Center, a 47,510-square-foot, multi-tenant retail center located in Ridgeland in the Jackson MSA. The three single-story buildings sitting on 6.52 acres were sold to a private investor. Trace Station was 96 percent occupied at the time of sale and included a mix of local and regional tenants, such as Edible Arrangements, Fleet Feet, Lost Pizza Company and Cazadore’s Mexican.
