Coral Springs, Fla. — Miami-based private investment firm Continental Properties Acquisition Corp. (CPAC) has sold a 12,430-square-foot CVS/pharmacy in Coral Springs for $6.3 million.
David Donnellan, Mark Drazek and Todd Weintraub of CBRE, and Miguel Echarte and Cliff Stein of Savitar Realty were the brokers involved in the transaction.
