Core Property Capital Acquires 62.9-Acre Development Site in Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Fla. — Core Property Capital has acquired a 62.9-acre site across the street from St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville for the development of Town Center Promenade.

Development plans include approximately 33,000 square feet of restaurant space, 25,000 square feet of retail and hospitality and multifamily components. Tenants set to open at Town Center Promenade include Aldi, Aspen Dental, Mattress Firm, Starbucks Coffee, Newk’s, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers & Brew, Texas de Brazil and Piada Italian Street Food.

Construction on the project is set to begin mid-year with plans to open in spring 2017. Tom Mundy of The Shopping Center Group represented Core Property in the acquisition of the development site from HE Otter LLC.
