Commercial Kentucky Sells Kroger-Anchored Community Center

Louisville, Ky. — The center is the first Kentucky retail purchase for Dallas-based group.

Louisville, Ky. — Craig Collins of Commercial Kentucky represented Faulkner Real Estate in the sale of the 131,000-square-foot Central Station Shopping Center in Louisville, Ky.  Central Station is a Kroger-anchored shopping center on the southern edge of the University of Louisville campus. Stream Realty of Dallas purchased the center, which was their first acquisition of a retail property in the state of Kentucky. The property was developed in 2004, and the sale price was $10.85 million, according to news reports. Commercial Kentucky Inc. is a member of the Cushman and Wakefield Alliance.
