St. Petersburg, Fla. — Colliers International has arranged the $16 million sale of the Shoppes at the Royale, a 46,020-square-foot shopping center shadow-anchored by Publix in St. Petersburg.
Michael Milano, Ronald Schultz and Ben McLeish of Colliers represented the seller, Halpern Enterprises, in the sale of the property to Sarall II LLC. Tenants at the center include Pei Wei Asian Diner, Massage Envy, Orangetheory Fitness and Verizon Wireless.
