CBRE has been named the exclusive leasing agent for approximately 40,000 square feet of retail at Las Ventanas, a mixed-use development located in Boynton Beach. Approximately 32,000 square feet of space is available at the mixed-use retail center, which is adjacent to 494 high-end luxury apartments, includes a 6,100-square-foot fully equipped restaurant space and is located a few minutes north of the active retail submarket Delray Beach. Tenants already in place in the development north of downtown Delray include the UPS Store, Sweetwater Pub & Grill, Maui Wowi Coffee & Smoothies, Tipsy Salon and Spa, and Tsunami Subs.
