The building, located at 3115-23 N. Broadway, is home to tenants including Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea, The Apartment People and Contacts & Specs. The property also contains a five-story parking garage. Keely Polczynski of CBRE represented the seller, Barnett Capital, and Danny Spitz of Baum Realty represented the buyer, 3115 Properties LLC, in the transaction.
