Atascocita, Texas — Baker Katz has broken ground on the redevelopment of two retail buildings totaling 33,000 square feet in the Houston suburb of Atascocita.
Baker Katz purchased the property in summer 2015 with plans to renovate the two retail buildings, add new signage and update parking. Verizon Wireless is set to join the 15 existing tenants at the center, which will remain open throughout construction.
