Baceline Investments Acquires Two Shopping Centers in Illinois and Alabama

Hazel Crest, Ill. and Birmingham, Ala. — Baceline Investments LLC has acquired two shopping centers totaling 115,000 square feet in the Chicago suburb of Hazel Crest and Birmingham.

Acquisitions include The Commons at Hazel Crest, a 51,222-square-foot shopping center anchored by Dollar Tree and CSL Plasma in Hazel Crest; and Roebuck Plaza, a 63,677-square-foot shopping center anchored by CVS/pharmacy and O’Reilly Auto Parts in Birmingham.

The Commons at Hazel Crest was acquired for $4 million, and Roebuck Plaza was acquired for $4.4 million.
