Atlanta — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of the 19,969-square foot retail component of the Windsor Glenridge Springs mixed-use project in Atlanta. The sale price of $6.4 million represents $320 per square foot.
Craig F. Johnson and Tim Giambrone, both vice presidents in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta, represented the buyer, a California-based investor. Windsor Glenridge Springs includes 168 luxury apartments that were not part of the transaction. The project contains tenants such as Sushi Nami, Blue Moon Pizza, Firehouse Subs, and was constructed in 2011.
