WinCo Foods Enters Dallas-Fort Worth Market With Five Locations

WinCoFoodWEBDallas — WinCo Foods is entering the Dallas-Fort Worth market with two new stores in Fort Worth and McKinney, Texas, that will open Feb. 5. Venture Commercial Real Estate has represented WinCo Foods in securing a total of five locations to mark the discount grocer's entry into this market. The other three locations in North Richland Hills, Lewisville and Duncanville, Texas, will open in the future.

Kevie Beard, McGregor Converse, Jonathan Cooper and Theo Thompson of Venture represented WinCo in negotiations for all of the sites. Caroline Woodbury and Don Woodbury of DWC Commercial Properties, LC coordinated acquisition, development and entitlement of the properties.
