Las Vegas — Wynmark Co. has sold Shadow Mountain Marketplace, a 359,103-square-foot retail center in Las Vegas, to a private investor for $67.3 million.
Wynmark developed the center in 2007 and has owned and operated it since. The 98.9 percent occupied property is home to tenants including Seafood City Supermarket, Walgreens, Best Buy and Ashley Furniture. Costco, which was not included in the sale, also anchors the center. Mark Lucescu of Lucescu Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
