Egg Harbor Township, N.J. — Wolfson Group Inc. will break ground on Oak Tree Plaza Shopping Center, a 249,943-square-foot retail center located in Egg Harbor Township, on September 7.
A 188,463-square-foot Walmart Supercenter will anchor the center, which is expected to open in summer 2017. Steven Wolfson, chairman and CEO of Wolfson Group, will participate in a groundbreaking shovel ceremony on Wednesday morning accompanied by local legislators and committee members.
