Village on the Parkway to Add Four New Tenants

Dallas — Village on the Parkway, a 357,731-square-foot retail center located in Dallas, has added four new tenants to its roster.

New additions include a 2,549-square-foot Soma location and a 1,400-square-foot Francesca’s location, both expected to open July 18; a 3,453-square-foot Chico’s store expected to open July 27; and a 6,844-square-foot Beauty Brands expected to open in September.

A partnership between Vestar and Easley Waggoner and Tim Henson of Venture Commercial is in charge of leasing for the 92 percent occupied center. Other tenants include Whole Foods Market, AMC Theatres, Neighborhood Services, Ra Sushi, Gloria’s Latin Cuisine, Yard House, AT&T and 24 Hour Fitness.
