Viking Partners Sells Retail Shopping Center for $8 Million and Closes Fund I

Howell, Mich. —Viking Partners LLC has sold Crossroads Town Center, a 102,275-square-foot shopping center located in Howell, for $8 million.

The transaction represents the 10th and final sale for Viking Partners Fund I, which launched in 2009. Kroger anchors the center, which is 87.5 percent occupied by a tenant roster including Subway, Great Clips, Little Caesars and H&R Block.
