Vero Beach, Fla. — The Simpson Organization has announced plans for a multi-million dollar renovation of Vero Beach Outlets in Florida.
Renovation and expansion plans include the addition of a centrally located restaurant cluster; a reconfigured entryway; tower and column refurbishing; improvements to pedestrian pathways; and architectural improvements. The center will also open a 25,000-square-foot Design Within Reach Outlet location early next year. Renovations are expected to begin in early 2019, and will take place over the course of 24 months.
