Grand Prairie, Texas — Southlake, Texas-based United Development Co. has begun the redevelopment of the former UA Theater Grand Prairie 10, located at the corner of Westchester Parkway and Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie.
The property will be transformed into a 60,000-square-foot retail center, featuring tenants including Starbucks Coffee, R Taco, Panera Bread and a national grocer. United Development acquired the site in March 2015. The first tenant will be open for business in fall 2016.
