Moosic, Penn. — U.S. Properties Group has announced the signing of two new leases totaling 11,500 square feet at the Shoppes at Montage, a lifestyle center located in Moosic.
New leases include G.H. Bass Factory Outlet, which now occupies 5,500 square feet at the center, and The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, which will open a new 6,000-square-foot Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at the Shoppes this fall.
