Trammell Crow Acquires 4.3-Acre Site for Mixed-Use Development

Anaheim, Calif. — Trammell Crow Residential has acquired a 4.3-acre site in the CtrCity district of Anaheim for the development of Alexan CtrCity.

The four-story mixed-use development will be comprised of 220 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment units, a 506-vehicle parking garage and ground floor retail.

The site, formerly known as Uptown Village, was home to an AT&T facility and parking lot. The project is scheduled to break ground in August, with completion anticipated for the fourth quarter of 2018. Trammell Crow’s development team includes Humphreys & Partners Architects, KHR Associates civil engineering, MJS Landscape Architecture and Parisa O’Connell Interior Design.
