Timber Development Corp. Develops Two Centers, Acquires One in Minnesota

Albert Lea and Cambridge, Minn. — Timber Development Corp. has acquired one strip center, and is developing two centers in Albert Lea and Cambridge, Minnesota.

The company has recently completed construction on a $3.3 million, 25,000-square-foot strip center located in Albert Lea. The property is home to tenants including Maurices, Shoe Sensation, Sally Beauty Supply and AT&T.

Construction is underway on a $3.4 million strip center in Cambridge adjacent to a Target location. The property will be home to tenants including Maurices, Famous Footwear, Sally Beauty Supply, Cricket Wireless, Kay Jewelers and Fantastic Sam’s Hair. The development will open in September. Timber also recently acquired another 15,000-square-foot strip center in Cambridge, which it plans to renovate and lease.
