The Shopping Center Group Arranges $10.8 Million Sale of Regency Plaza in Florida

Jacksonville, Fla. — The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) has arranged the $10.8 million sale of Regency Plaza, a 205,700-square-foot retail center located in Jacksonville.

Anthony Blanco of TSCG arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, an entity affiliated with DLC Management. An affiliate of America’s Realty LLC acquired the asset. Regency Plaza was 99 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Burlington Stores, dd’s Discounts, OfficeMax, Chuck E. Cheese, Coco Beauty Supply and Sakura Buffet.
