The Shoppes at Chino HIlls Welcomes New Eateries and Stores

Chino Hills, Calif. — The center originally opened in the spring of 2008.

Chino Hills, Calif.  — Bruxie Gourmet Waffle Sandwiches has opened its first location in the Inland Empire at The Shoppes at Chino Hills, a 375,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Chino Hills. Bruxie joins other tenants Creme de la Creme Bakery, Icy-Licious shaved ice, Sleep Number, What Lola Wants women’s apparel and a newly expanded A&M Home Decor that have all recently opened at the center. More than 36,000 square feet has been leased at the property in the past six months.

The Shoppes, which opened in May 2008, also includes an office portion that is fully occupied. The project features more than 70 tenants such as Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret, Trader Joe’s, Chipotle and California Pizza Kitchen.
