The Scott at Brush Park Mixed-Use Development Opens in Detroit

Detroit — The Scott at Brush Park, a $65 million mixed-use development offering 199 luxury residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space, has opened in Detroit.

The residential portion of the property offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with amenities including a 24-hour concierge service, dry cleaning, stations for pet grooming and a fitness center. The 15,000-square-foot retail portion consists of five retail spaces, two of which will be occupied by The Carter-Snell Skin Center and an undisclosed American-style bistro.

Broder & Sachse Real Estate co-developed The Scott with Woodborn Partners, while Sachse Construction served as the construction manager and Neumann/Smith served as the architect.
